  Everything was ok. The surrounding area smelled like Poo. What’s up with that? I’ve been in multiple times and the area smells like poo. What is that smell???

  Very frustrating experience. I waited 30–35 minutes in the drive-thru, placed my order clearly, and it was repeated back correctly—but they still got it wrong and only charged part of it. When I pointed it out, the employee refused to fix it and told me to go inside because she was “too busy,” even after the long wait. After waiting that long, that was not a reasonable solution—especially since the mistake was not mine. I asked for a refund and was told to pull over in order to get my refund, which I refused. After waiting even longer, I finally got my refund—with no apology, no explanation, and no basic customer service. Extremely poor service and very unprofessional staff. Definitely needs better management.

  That place has gone down hill for a long time the food is horribly made and the people that work there are very rude you just have to make sure you catch the right shift

  Terrible service. Four employees outside talking saw me pull up and didn’t take my order. Went to Culver’s instead.
