  I order here frequently and never had a complaint . Today however my salad came with 7 tiny chopped pieces of chicken when I paid for extra . And there was dressing on the salad . When for the past 1.5 years it had come on the side in a packet . I did call the store to question when they made this change . And the less than interested employee stated that’s how it always comes. Instead of engaging I just took it as it wasn’t worth the complaint at this point .

  If you want good customer service, I would not recommend you come to this location. I really hate doing bad reviews, but I couldn't allow this to go unnoticed. I've never felt so invisible in my life. As I walked in, I was not greeted. There was a couple that was already at the Register, that I stood behind. Once they completed their order the young lady walked away from the register as if i was not waiting behindthe couple, not once saying " I'll be right with you, Give me just a moment. And I'll be able to place your order" Nothing! So once I realized that no one was coming to take my order about 2 to 3 minutes after that. I proceeded to place my order on the mobile app, as I was placing my order I saw another couple that came in that also were not greeted. They grabbed a menu and sat down please keep in mind its 3 people behind that counter 1 at the "food station" and 2 by the smoothies. It didnt seem busy to me. Since it was only myself and 2 other ppl when i walked in. Then there was a woman that was by herself she was Greeted, and the young lady promptly came to the Register to take ther order. I made a mental note of it and just proceeded to wait for my smoothie. Once I noticed it was at the "to go" shelf I grabbed it and left. Not a Single word was said to me the entire time I was in this establishment, no ( welcome in, give me a moment, ill take your order shortly, have a good day) NOTHING! It could have been a coincidence that the first couple and the last young lady that received service were caucasian, and since myself and the 2nd couple were " other". And that was the reason behind why we did not receive the same level of service, But I won't be back again at this location to test that theory. Good luck to you all.

  I was the only one in the store when i ordered my smoothie other than a man on his laptop. I got on my phone after ordering and didnt notice that the employee that had taken my order when straight to the back instead of making it. Turns out the man on the laptop must have been the manager/owner because he noticed and quickly came to make the smoothie and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks to him i got my smoothie fast and made it to work on time! Wish i left a tip, you saved the day!
