  Useless employees that do absolutely nothing. Had me drive around and park...while they were trying to hand my food out of the window. Maybe get people that can actually read rather than asking my name 15 times..

  My mom went to grab our food from here this evening and she said one of the female employees was extremely rude to her and slammed the food on the counter and then my mom asked about the other order and was told to "WAIT!" .... then someone else walked her bag over to the pick up counter and my mom asked if she could grab it and go and the same female employee snapped at her and said "UM NO! YOU CAN WAIT TIL I COME HAND IT TO YOU!" like that is unbelievably unprofessional and rude! Luckily my mom is one of the kindest people and didn't take too much offense but if you act like that to others, you are gonna get what you deserve. Idk how these types of employees keep getting complained on but yet they are still working there?!! Can't be THAT desperate. Also, the food SUUUUUUCKED tonight. Whoever they got working there tonight needs to be trained better. It's Taco Bell, not La Catrina or Mr. Gordo's, but we expect better service and our food to be fresh and made right at least!!! It doesn't hurt to be kind either.

  The employee just said they can only take one order per car in drive thru. She's making people drive around multiple times or hoping they will get angry and just leave. LAZINESS

  Should have looked at the reviews before going here. Who ever is making the food needs to be fired. The whole meal was a train wreck. I specifically asked for fresh chalupas and mine were hard as a rock. The lettuce in my wife’s crunch wrap and tacos was brown, along with not the correct amount of meat in the crunch wrap( two scoops in an x shape is what it’s supposed to be)... The chips taste like cleaning chemicals and the cheese looks like it was dried up and burned crud from the bottom of the bag. Bean burritos were sloppy spilling out everywhere. I would have taken pictures before I trashed it. I dwelled on it and took to writing to help the next person that goes there. Management needs to step it up and make sure their employees are giving out a good product and not this crap! This was unacceptable. Which reminds me, I need to call corporate to see if they can send a secret shopper to that store.
