    Got a grilled cheese, and chicken nuggets. The grilled cheese wasnt even grilled, just bread and cheese. And the nuggets felt and tasted like they spent the whole day under a heat lamp. Will not return to this location.

    Multiple recent reviews about the slowness here and nothing seems to be changing. I waited 25 minutes for some mozzarella sticks, a soda, and a shake ... I left my car and walked up to their door and asked what was taking so long. There's approximately 10 orders ready to go and no one is running them. Mira the shift manager is who I'm talking to, she doesn't say anything to me and I just go back to my car. 3 minutes later she runs my order out to the car, no apology or anything that you'd expect from a manager. I noticed the shake I ordered was completely melted. Now you'd think that the person running this out to me, who also happens to be a MANAGER would notice this and remake it but no. So I whip the car around to the drive thru and ask for another one. Now mind you I'm being very respectful at this point. I'm not raising my voice, I'm saying 'please' and 'thank you'. How about some accountability here? No sorry? No nothing. Like I really just waited 30 minutes for a MELTED SHAKE! How about y'all get some managers that can MANAGE.

    This is literally THE SLOWEST Sonic in existence!! I thought because I worked with in literal walking distance that it would be quick and easy for me to get lunch here on my break since my break was only 30mins that day, what a mistake. By the time I got my food I had 7 minutes of my lunch break left. It was only me and one other car there. It was an almost 10 minute wait just for them to take my order. Will definitely be spending my time and money some where else on my lunch break.

    Been in line 20 minutes. Worker standing outside talking to friends gave an excuse only 2 inside not that busy. It’s now 25 minutes and she’s still standing outside talking there after talking with her

    We pulled into the drive-thru of Sonic to done at one of the stalls specifically stall number 19 and Faith took our order and repeated the order to us exactly as it was stated out of our own mouths after we repeated it multiple times to her. She then gave us our total and we paid in full and gave her a little bit extra, once we got our food we got the wrong order and we let her know that we did get the wrong order and she proceeded to argue with us saying that she knows what she heard and she was not wrong that we were. After the altercation she went back inside and they shut the lights off on us after we started eating as paying customers her name is Faith and she needs reprimanded in a way that will teach her a lesson
