  So again I tried to pray they would get my order right. Maybe it's just me because no matter how I order they never and I mean get my order right. Rather I go in, go through drive through or order on line. I'm never mean or use harsh words. So I don't get. The only thing that was good with my order is the fact the manager refunded some of my money. Also he was super nice. My issue is the people making the food. One day I went through drive through and order extra chicken on the side for my sandwich and extra sauce. We'll! I received chicken on the side but not on my sandwich and no extra sauce. Another time I went in and they still messed up my order and I checked my bag before leaving, which I'm happy I did with there track record. My order was wrong again. They remade it and I was tired by then and left. When I got home my sandwich was falling apart. I only live 2 minutes away. The staff in the back need to be retrained and shown how to read tickets. If this happens again I'm going to corporate. This shouldn't happen every time I order food. And I mean every time.

  Twice now I’ve attempted to give this place business, both times through the drive thru, as I have a newborn and this is easiest for me right now. Both times I’ve sat in the drive thru for 5+ min at the speaker, with nobody there to take my order. When k drove up to the window, I see employees but they pretend not to see me. The second time this happened, I walked in, very upset. I calmly asked for the manager, Austin, and he acted like he didn’t have the time of day to hear my concern. I asked if anyone was at the drive thru and he said no. If there’s nobody at the drive thru, I think customers need to be made aware with a sign so they’re not sitting there waiting. My iced latte was watered down and pale, even with 3 shots of espresso. He offered to remake it with an attitude. I asked for a refund instead. I will not go back. I remember when Panera was such a treat to go to for breakfast or lunch and this one is truly awful. Awful experience. They need a whole new staff.

  Standard Panera bread. At least this one was very clean on the inside.

  The store was filthy. There were crumbs on literally all the tables, the seats hadn’t been wiped down in so long there was a visible layer of grime on them. The manager didn’t do anything after being told. There was nobody at the counter. My pastry came out cold and when I asked if it could be warmed up I was told to microwave it myself. All in all, completely disgusting.
