The manager didn’t do anything after being told. There was nobody at the counter. My pastry came out cold and when I asked if it could be warmed up I was told to microwave it myself. All in all, completely disgusting.

Staff working the dining area spent over 30 mins just chit chatting with friends. Food too over 30 mins. I tried to speak to a manager 20 mins into our wait but he couldn’t be bothered he was nose deep into his phone when I was asking about an update. It wasn’t even a lunch rush this was 2:30pm. Worst Panera experience I’ve ever had!
