Every time they skimp you on your protein but they have no problem filling your bowl up with 5 scoops of rice. It’s top of the line BS. The kid (Kaiden?) that helped us was not only very patient and even let us taste the new Carne Asada steak, he was very helpful and informed of how long the meat has been out and what is better to have. All of the food taste fresh, but I will say the Carne Asada steak is quite zippy! I can honestly say I think I could eat a whole bowl of that corn salsa that they have. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a chipotle, and this may be the smallest one I’ve ever been to, it got quite busy. They probably don’t have enough employees to handle the volume of people (but who does anymore?) It wasn’t messy in the dining area and they still have a good supply of some really tasty drink options, including a watermelon limeade and a mandarin Agua Fresca that we really enjoyed. Even the sweet tea is good. There were at least 5 people working…and they were actually working! Kaiden was restocking the station where they serve from with fresh food constantly while serving people and sometimes working the register as well. Not sure why they have bad ratings so far…We for sure will be back.
