Instead of informing you they are out of a product they mark it as out of stock so that you can't get a substitute and your order has to be cancelled. You are not refunded right away, it can take up to a week. The simple solution to keep customers happy would be to tell the customer and let them pick a different flavor. Perfect example of how bad employees kill businesses and put them under. And had an employee bothered to greet me or speak to me that would have been great.
