  I had a really disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut that I feel others should be aware of. On December 7, I placed a delivery order for pizza and wings. After waiting nearly TWO HOURS, the store called to say they couldn’t deliver it and that I would need to pick it up. I agreed, even though I was concerned the food had been sitting out and would be cold. Then, shortly after as I was getting ready to leave, they called back again saying the order had actually just left and was on the way—so I waited. When the order finally arrived, it was missing the 2-liter soda I had paid for. I called the store to report it, and because of the long delay and incomplete order, they told me they would apply a $50 credit to my account (the cost of the order). About a month later, I checked my online account and didn’t see any credit. When I called, an employee confirmed that the credit did exist but was only tied to that specific store and wouldn’t appear online. Recently, I tried to use that credit—and was told it no longer exists. The manager was less than helpful and said there was nothing they could do. This entire situation was frustrating from start to finish: an extremely long wait, an incomplete order, and then being promised a credit that was never honored. I essentially paid for a poor experience and received no resolution. I would strongly recommend getting any credits or compensation in writing or using them immediately, as verbal promises here don’t seem to hold up. Or better yet, use a different Pizza Hut like I am now doing…

  Do you spread tomato sauce on the round crust on a square pan, put the pizza in the oven, get the pizza in the oven, and cut it into 4 pieces?
