- SMStephanie Mitchell5 days ago1.0I ordered food for delivery. The food was 25 minutes late. The driver blamed 5guys. The burgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold. On the the food. Both burgers were dressed wrong. The “regular” fries were in a child size pouch. My shake was NOTHING like I ordered. Everything was bad.
- ATAndy TollingerFeb 15, 20262.0Ever since they changed to fry bags, you get half the amount of fries you used to get when they used cups. 5 guys claims it's the same size. I think the are not filling the fry bag as much as they could and/or not giving a full extra scoop like they have in the past. Been there twice now since this change and both times the large fries wasn't enough to share with two to three people like it used to be. Price is the same though.

I’m waiting then someone else finally comes and asks for their order and they put down more fries. I’ve been here for 20 minutes.
- EIEboninea IsoldeJan 7, 20261.0Ordered delivery from the app. The person who delivered our food, did not knock or ring the doorbell like the instructions had asked, and our food sat out here for we don’t even know how long. By the time we got it, the fries were hard and cold that not even microwave could save them, the burgers were dry and The milkshakes were melted. I called the store first, and they said that they don’t do delivery, which we ordered from the app and they said that they don’t deliver through the app which was obviously a blatant lie as we have receipts to prove we ordered from the app and from this particular store. The only reason we got results was because we called corporate and they were understanding about the situation. The food was inedible, and to some $62 isn’t a lot but tell us it is we just think that the service could have been better. I would not advise people to order delivery from this location. You will not have a good experience.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
