By the time we got it, the fries were hard and cold that not even microwave could save them, the burgers were dry and The milkshakes were melted. I called the store first, and they said that they don’t do delivery, which we ordered from the app and they said that they don’t deliver through the app which was obviously a blatant lie as we have receipts to prove we ordered from the app and from this particular store. The only reason we got results was because we called corporate and they were understanding about the situation. The food was inedible, and to some $62 isn’t a lot but tell us it is we just think that the service could have been better. I would not advise people to order delivery from this location. You will not have a good experience.

I paid over 13 bucks for a bag of lukewarm lightly salted fries and a completely plain little Burger because I did not know that I had to tell him, the young cashier, that I also wanted toppings, and instead of asking me the question whether or not I want a toppings, which is probably what they should be trained to do if a burger is coming out plain, they just rang up the burger and took the money. The issue isn't in the food or the location it's in their management teaching their cashiers how to properly take an order.
