- JCJeremy Coffman1 day ago1.0It’s not the worst thing in the world that the last three times we’ve come to this location they’ve been out of multiple ingredients, but it seems like them being short staffed has really had an effect on this store. Last time a regular length line took so long that we left because there seemed to only be two people in the place. This time was just terrible service. The person at the front making the bowls/cashiering literally threw our bowls into the bag after being noticeably curt with us. We will not be back, it’s a shame since this was one of the best healthy options around.

But the team members were being so kind, despite the rudeness of angry guests, offering complementary drinks and smiles while we all waited. There was no need for customers to act displeased in this moment, the food is delicious and it was just extra fresh today!

The food was just as delicious as the other one, even moreso than I remembered, and they were super helpful and generous with the proportions. Kevin was our helper at the end of the line and he was super sweet, very professional and even giving us a sample of the cinnamon sugar pita chips I had been talking to my coworker about, completely unprompted. 10/10 all-around, will be a repeat customer!

I ordered three bowls, and when I got home, I noticed one of the chicken and rice bowls had no chicken at all, and the other bowls were missing some of the add-ons. Really disappointed with the order accuracy. (The photo was taken after mixing, but there was no chicken to begin with.) At least the bowls that did have chicken tasted good.
