  I want to give a BIG thank you to Matt, Andy and the general manager that helped us to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. Matt was amazing and provided excellent service. It professionalism was excellent. Both of them soooo kind and patient would definitely request them again personally. The General Manager on staff that night helped our event to be one of a kind. My thanks to the kitchen staff that prepared delicious food that everyone raved about. Carrabbas has definitely elevated it's service over the years and I am glad that this branch is close to home that we have frequented for over 20 years. Thank you, Thank you for an memorable evening!!!

  Recently came in for dinner with my husband. We ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken bryan and it was delightful! We were greeted right away and sat with Shea as our server. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and recommended us The new blackberry sangria for drinks! Our server went out of her way to make us feel at home and really catered to our needs. Would definitely recommend coming here and requesting Shea as your server!

  We dined here last night with friends for the November Bourbon Dinner. The meal was tremendous. Several courses paired with Bourbon inspired drinks and also served straight. The soup was fantastic, the Delmonico steak was grilled to the sweet-spot of doneness. The pairings of Bourbon were well done. Course 5, dessert, was a quite an experience in and of itself - cookies and creme brule AND a chocolate Old-Fashioened topped with a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Not sure how you can top that! Meals like this at Carrabba's offer unique and very tasty courses not typically offered on the regular menu. We normally go to the monthly wine paired dinners and it is always a great evening. This Carrabba's does a great job - super service, great staff, great food. Patrick and Curtis make sure this Carrabba's consistently sets the standard. The November Bourbon Dinner was fantastic. Great job, Patrick, Curtis, and staff. We'll be back!

  Excellent Italian food in a comfortable restaurant. The lentil and sausage soup was good but thin, mostly broth, with just a few lentils and ground sausage. The Linguini Positano with shrimp was delicious, a giant bowl of perfectly cooked al dente pasta with garlic, fresh tomato and 5 grilled shrimp. I'm going to have dinner for 2-3 more nights. And my husband's Fettucine Alfredo was also very good. Our server, Khilel, was very friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us without being overbearing. Overall a very nice dinner.

  We eat at the Winter springs location frequently. The service and food is always great. Absolutely no complaints. The last two times we have had Khilel as our server and he is awesome! He is so nice and knowledgeable and takes the service to the next level. We have done several of the bourbon dinners as well. They never disappoint. I highly recommend them. Great job!!!!
