  I can say I will NEVER go back to this store I was there on Sunday early evening went in to order you can see one of the cooks through the little window I seen one of the cooks grab two different chicken tenders toss them in some sauce pick them out put them on slider buns and not change his gloves even with the sauce still on his gloves I said something to a girl who said she is a manager about what I just seen and said don't you know that's cross contamination she just sort of laughed and said she would say something about it I have been a cook all my life and don't think there is anything funny about getting people sick they shouldn't make yound kids managers they don't really care if they get people sick I have been sitting on my toilet ever since I think I shold call corporate because I dont think this is FUNNY at all

  Do NOT come here for dinner, or lunch, or any time a reasonable number of traffic is. Put in an order online for carryout pick up. Arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, it was not. Now 15 minutes past when my order was set to complete they finally have it ready. 20+ minutes from placing the order to having it ready when it is a single double roast beef meal with a side of potato cakes is absurd. The counter staff were all working hard, but clearly management/ownership is not willing to provide the training or resources their employees need to operate in an efficient manner.

  To start we were offered an icing to go with peach cobbler roll as to which we were excited to try because didn't know it was option even though we have ordered on 3 separate occasions and was never offered before. Then had to wait 5 min for food. Thankfully the fries were nice and hot. Husband's burger was an absolute mess. Just horrible to try and eat. Then discovered no icing or dip ir whatever was to be that was offered. 3 fails at this location of course dropped the stars.
