  Love Wendy’s but my usual waits here at this location is 10-15 minutes for times that arnt busy. Like i get a wait for the lunch rush times that’s fine. but if the drive tru can’t handle 3 cars then and the food was still comes out cold after waiting 15 minutes then idk bro

  Foods always cold and literally thrown together. No flavor cause there is usually almost nothing but a cold hamburger with literally a sprinkle of everything else that should be on the burger. Soda is flat 60% of the time! Cold food with no flavor!! Oh and they mess up orders a lot.... I mean A Lot!!!! 🤣😡🤣

  As a parent who’s child plays travel football, we stop into this Wendy’s probably 6-7 a year as we play down the road… every time I’ve gone in there has never been an issue until recently. ( end of 25 into now ) The past two visits have been nothing short of disappointing. The bathrooms are filthy!!! The customer service is even worse, nobody is happy to be there. I had the worker ( Joey - kid with classes & shaggy hair ) say “if you’re trying to order, we’re busy & can’t take it” even though I was just asking for condiments. ( also, if you need more than one sauce it’s an additional charge even if they forget to give you the sauce you did order, they’ll argue you about it. ) the smaller Spanish chick ( works around 630/7pm ) will argue that you were given all your food to the point I had to ask her if she wanted to walk into the lobby & count each item… if you don’t enjoy your job, find another. They (Joey) also argued my keychain for a frosty & said I needed to place ANOTHER order to receive it. I’m a paying customer, sometimes with a large order due to a youth football team but nobody deserves to feel like an inconvenience because the employees don’t want to be there. Very disappointing, do better.

  One star bc your talking to an ai I forgot y I stop going to this one But if I am paying crazy amount of money I would rather talk to a human not a machine Not going back

  Nothing like fighting through a half hour of traffic to try and get your online order just to spend 10 minutes watching the car in front of you try to place their order with an ai drive through assistant that doesn't understand you, restarts five times, and keeps asking "which of the these do you want" as it shows pictures of potential order items. Total disrespect for customers and their time. Dave is rolling over in his grave.
