  If a customer made their order on the kiosk (become they don’t want to take my order at the register) DO THE FOOT AS WAS CHOOSE TO BE MADE!!! More when the order show “EXTRA ADD” because it has a charge for extra items!!! Manager who was asked for open the restroom to wash my hands before eat was so rude! And the lady who prepared my order more!!! Not one is obliged you to work there! So next time be more professional!!! For people like you is why KAREN EXISTS!!! Action-Reaction

  The staff here is absolutely phenomenal A+ across the board. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely warm, attentive, and made the whole visit feel welcoming and effortless. Their kindness and efficiency really stand out in today’s fast-paced world, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. As for the food, my go-to order is the soft tacos customized with seasoned beef, melted cheese, fluffy Mexican rice, and hearty black beans. The warm flour tortilla wraps everything perfectly, creating a balanced, satisfying bite every time. The flavors come together beautifully the savory beef, creamy cheese, tender rice, and earthy black beans make for a comforting, filling meal that’s just right without being overwhelming.   Very poorly managed location. Need a key to use the bathrooms, charging for water, and the decor and seats are similar to eating in a prison. I was here several months ago and they were having a staff meeting and pizza party in the dining room while the store was open. The lady managing the restaurant was talking to her staff like a dictator and putting them down instead of building them up and being constructive. This will be the last time I ever visit this location. There are many reasons why you will never be as good as the Chick-fil-A across the street. Remember when you told your staff that. Taco bell should fire all of the management who oversee this location from the district office to the daily operations and they should revoke the franchise from the owner and re-establish this as a corporate store.
