  I am a door dash I came in and lady manager at night did not recognize me or greeted me ignored me and order is getting cold, 3 employees came from smoking outside and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes already I came at 10:20 pm today is April 9 it was horrible goofing laughing not making the orders . Owner can look at the cameras if don’t believe me for my fellow dashers don’t come here . Lady who said she was manager said her name is Mel . And she also said that I for sure was going to wait for the order because if not door dash won’t pay me in a making fun of me way . Very very unprofessional and Taco Bell shouldn’t be such a hard job to be professional at . Communication is key in this type of jobs and if you look in the cameras you will see how I came in first and she totally ignored me and and took the other two costumers that she said used to work there because she was talking to them out loud when she was done taking their order she walked right passed me dint say a word not even hi or what are you here for nothing after 15 minutes again all is In camera

  Staff is friendly . Manager Ivy spoke with me a bit and was very nice . Food quality here is better than other Taco Bells .

  I want to give a shout out to the team working at this location today, 3/30/26 for their kindness and their overall attitude towards others today! Personally having a rough day, was on my lunch break from work and just wanted to get my food and go. The positive energy and good vibes from the team that were shown to not only me but to the others who were also waiting for their food and already eating reminded me there's still good people out there. Thanks for the kindness yall. "No matter what you Mountain Dew, make sure you make it a Baja Blast"

  drinks and food were both wrong and the guy at the window slammed the window in my face before I could tell him everything was wrong 0 out of 10 do not recommend
