  It's a good subway and not busy. I usually am able to get my sandwich within 5 minutes.

  I placed a mobile order and had my partner pick it up in store. The lady at the counter wouldn't give my partner the food without "confirmation in the app" even after giving the correct name on the order AND providing a screenshot of the confirmation the lady still would not give my partner the food. Once the manager realized it was a personal pick up they relented and gave my partner the food. If this is a new store policy it needs to be better communicated in the app and better customer service needs to be provided.

  Food is always good ( even when they are not generous with veggies for the sandwich ), place is super clean, organized and quiet ( just perfect ). There is a blonde male that usually prepares your order, not rude but more like bored and no the best when it comes to customer service, he should be in the back. Kudos to the lady always cleaning and with a smile on her face.

  walked in randomly cause I was hungry after shopping at Aldi. Store was clean and the lady putting up Christmas decorations was super friendly. Another lady behind the counter took my order and was patient because I was super hungry had brain fog and had not ordered in a subway in a really long time. Sandwich was fresh, tasty and it was a good experience over all.

  Head manager was rude started talking bad about me to a customer, she's apparently been with subway 20 years.
