  I’m very sick, I ordered curbside waited 30 extra minutes went. I went inside and there sat my food I guess for 30 plus minutes. I ordered a well done steak , it’s rare, I can’t eat it. I wasted time and money on what I thought was a trusted establishment. I will never make this mistake again. They shouldn’t have curbside if they aren’t actually doing it.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Outback on Aloma Avenue. The food was great, and our server Jason was outstanding! Very well trained as a server, friendly, and professional. We had to make a slight correction on our prime rib and the manager Murphy came out to address the problem directly. He was exceptional! Very friendly, and very customer oriented. He made the correction, and the prime rib was excellent! Murphy’s truly a great leader in this industry and sets a wonderful example for others. Thank you for a great meal and a very needed relaxing time for us! Ana & Pedro

  I tried to order company lunch off of door dash and the app was not allowing me to place an order, so I called the location and spoke with Katie H. and she was amazing. She took care of the order for me and had it delivered to the company. She took care of everything we needed and more. She was an amazing person and the driver who delivered was great too.

  My husband and I went for dinner and for the first time we had such a terrible experience at the winter park location. The staff were very disorganized and the food was not the same quality as usual. I ordered a blooming fried chicken with baked potato with everything BUT sour cream. I received a steak with a baked potato with LOTS OF SOUR, but nothing else. Nobody realized they gave me a steak instead of chicken, and at that point I was afraid to ask for a new order as the couple close to us, the wife as having her dinner after her husband finished, because her food was wrong too. They only fixed my baked potato and kept me with the steak. I even got charged for a blooming chicken and had a 6oz steak. My husband’s fries were burned and seems like every single person had a complain yesterday. The only thing positive for us was the server Vanessa. She was very polite and trying her best to fix the kitchen and everyone else’s mistakes. We are definitely not coming back for a few weeks until everything gets back to be organized and the food has the same quality again.

  If you are in for a good meat you can take some well know cut in here. Price are in the mid range. Service is good and place quiet and easy to talk
