  Terrible service. The store is dirty, and there are long delays in delivering orders. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there.

  Stopped in to dine in yesterday 3/20/26 at about 14:30. The dining area was trashed; there were no table placards and all the attention as usual was placed on the drive thru. I walked out; you don't deserve my hard-earned money. The customers that were in the dining room looked homeless and matched the unkept look of the dining room. Never again! 4/1/26 Management responses to my review with the message below and a contact link that doesn't work! LOL!!

  don't ever eat at this restaurant worst mcdonalds ever in the state of Florida had me waiting 3 hours just to tell me the store was closed didn't try to help me with the refund or anything its we now my roommate don't got food to eat cause the food I bought for him going to my stomach since they wanna play I broke my phone and all cause of this McDonald's and Uber eats I highly recommend never purchasing any food from this location at all

  Continuously waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes with only 2 cars is crazy. Overpaying for this slop makes it 10x worse.

  I am a door dasher and I stop there frequently and the manager T/Tee has ALWAYS been exceptional. She’s been nothing but a blessing even if there is a wait for the order ( which is fine ) I know she’s working hard and not shrugging me off. It’s rare to find an employee like this she goes above and beyond for the customers. Not sure if she’s a manager or not but promote this girl! 10/10 service
