  Saturday morning, 11:10am. Nobody was buying anything. I ordered a large Chilli and a chesse fries. They took almost 20 minutes to give the order. I was not in the screen to see if my order was delivered n progress. I asked to a blonde American girl with glasses for my order and she said: we are waiting for the Chilli. I understand that, but they never said: “sorry for the Delay or something similar “. At the end: your order is here. Three employees doing nothing during 20 minutes and I never received an attention like a customer. Always with an angry face.

  Wendy’s one of my childhood favorites has been on the decline for many years now. While passing thru Orlando we stopped here and its a modern iteration with outdoor seating. Food was hot, fresh and staff attentive. This gives me hope that Wendy’s could comeback. I would if I was Corporate leadership follow Chik Fil-A as an example and for whatever reasons their staff maybe paid better is always cheery and on point No matter where you go. This will be a Textbook study in the future on how to run a business and it comes down to The people!!! Treat the staff and they will radiate more positivity !!! Wake up Wendy is calling…

  Manager vantrise is always having a bad attitude don’t know how to talk to customers or employees and last week I was dining in when I saw her and smell marijuana while on the clock.
