  Worste experiance with my food order ever from this location last night. Not sure if it was a new cook, or if they just dont care at 11:00pm at night. I have never had an issue here, choose this location over the other by my house because the food is always fresh. Last night it wasnt, there was something wrong with everything in my order. Over cooked, old, sat out to long, burnt, no extras on the food I order, were was the added sauce, the extra meat. Then tried to reach them to complain after I got home and couldnt, so then fill out the contact us in the app, and said yes I wanted to be reached out to about this. Spent almost $20 on food, and no one physically reach out, and instead I get a $5 off offer in my email. Like no, not even close. Guess they don't care about their customer satisfaction scores. Looks like I will not be coming back to this location at least not late night anymore.

  Very cold inside, and the screen to order food was dirty. Ended up not ordering food, unfortunately.

  This Taco Bell in Winter Park absolutely deserves five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I always place online orders 📱, and my order is always perfect, hot 🔥, fresh 🥙, and ready right when I arrive ⏱️. Everything is made exactly how I request it ✔️, and they never forget the Fire sauce 🌶️🔥 (which matters more than people realize 😌). Consistency like that is hard to find these days, and they nail it every time. I may not dine inside 🍽️, but I genuinely enjoy their food, and my daughter and I have made it a little tradition to go to this specific location 👩‍👧🌮. Great food, reliable service, and zero stress, keep doing what you’re doing 👏👏. Highly recommend! 🙌🌮

  Only have done drive-tru post 12am but service is usually speedy and friendly. One of my favorite locations.

  This Taco Bell is nothing more than just a bunch of thieves do not eat here they will take your money and not give you what you pay for and not follow up with you and just try to brush you off with a simple $10 voucher they will then charge you $40 $50 and give you $10 back and only give you the $10 worth of your order this place is absolutely horrible four times in a row they've messed my order up and all four times I've only ever received a $10 voucher and I've only ever received the my order of it's maybe about what happened to the other $30 that I spent gone forever this place is just full of thieves and people who don't care do not eat here or any Taco Bell I was a loyal Taco Bell customer I enjoyed it I will never eat that foot in another Taco Bell ever again unless they refund me all four now transactions that they have messed up and I will tell everyone I know never eat at Taco Bell again starting with this review do not eat here avoid at all costs and avoid all Taco bells boycott Taco Bell run them out of business
