I went through the drive thru after placing an order through the mobile app, and was told to pull into spot number 4. I waited 20 minutes while watching other cars get their food and leave. And there was nothing outrageous with our order. Some drinks, fries, a few nuggets, and some McChickens. I go inside finally and get told by the MANAGER that it was due to ticket times. 20 minutes and being the only one told to move forward was already frustrating and disappointing enough, but then when I got home, I come to find out I'm missing half my meal. But don't worry, we they threw in a free apple pie and holiday pie so that makes it all better. Now instead of enjoying my lunch, I had to scarf it down and get back to work.

Maybe she was having a rough day, I’m not sure, but that kind of attitude should not be encouraged :( I hope her night gets better.

Ok. So I ask her if I can show her what I ordered bc I gotta go to work soon, but she refused. I wasted money, time, and now I’m going to work hungry bc of their incompetence.
