  It's sad because this location was my go-to when I worked at the Winter Park Hospital on lakemont. I don't know what or when it happened but for the past year or so the attitude and the service of the employees is horrible and I'm not racist at all myself am a Latino but these Dominican girls that are working there definitely need to touch up on their people skills. The bathrooms had no soap in the dispensers the bathrooms were disgusting my food was cold and when I asked them to remake my fries I got attitude and eye rolling. I mean is it really that hard to drop some fresh french fries to someone that's been coming to this location for over 5 years and after that altercation I'd rather drive the extra few minutes and go to university or even to the location in Oviedo on aloma and spend my money with them.. I really wish the owner of the store would do an undercover Boss type of thing so he or she could see how their employees are acting.. and you'd think being in this part of Winter Park so close to the hospital and Park avenue that they would act a little better but obviously not

  The manager for the morning shift she's very short has glasses. I'm gonna tell you right now. You guys need to fire her. She has no people skills and that explains exactly why she's a manager of a McDonald's and not a real corporation. All I did was tell one of the staff that I was going outside to make a phone call so if my order that I was waiting for was ready, she could put it to the side, not search for me or think I'm not there and the manager just disrespect me outright telling me that I can wait. There's other orders in front of me Literally straight out of pocket For no reason at all, it's like McDonald's just hires anybody and it's like the managers are always somebody who just doesn't give a damn about their position. The workers are always more dedicated than the managers. It's very sad. I will no longer be coming here every day for lunch for breakfast
