I Was in the drive-through waiting for seven minutes then I decided to move to the window, when I arrived the guy told me you need to make another turn because we are not open yet, but all the lights were on, the intercom was working, there was cars in front of me, Wasted!

Never coming back ever again. People in line are just leaving. Timing a good half hour wait in the drive thru when dining isn’t even open.

Every time I go here they have an attitude, they’re rude, or they don’t get my order right. I’ve had MULTIPLE bad encounters but one today was I ordered a medium frappe which is $5.21 and they gave me a small with no notice or words saying that mediums were unavailable which they weren’t bc other ppl were getting mediums and a small is $3.48 and they refused to give me a refund or at least the $2 they stole from me and NEVER go there at night they SUCK they never take your order and if they do you’ll never get it. The afternoon crew and morning crew are TERRIBLE workers who all have an attitude problem. I wish I could say more but I am truly furious at how bad this place is.

Pulled up to the drive-through at night And sat there for five minutes before starting to drive off and as I passed I looked inside and stopped because I saw the workers having a spray bottle fight And I sat there to watch to see if they would look over which they did but they continued their water fight. Then the manager passed by and looked at me and kept walking so I kept sitting there thinking they were busy and they would come back and every time they passed they would look to see that I was there and would keep going like I wasn’t there.
