- CFCindy FFeb 26, 20261.0This place needs serious training with the employees. Every time I come here it takes 10 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Once I get to the speaker I have to wait 5 minutes before anyone says anything. I have to say “hello” to get someone to say something. They are SLOW and need a new management. I went today, I had to leave because the drive thru line was so long and I could tell it would take 20 minutes just to get to the speaker.

Every morning I’d come I never really had a problem and the ladies there are very personable and kind. I however had to stop coming when afternoon shift was there because they kept getting my orders wrong. Recently they made my drink wrong and gave me a completely different donut than what I asked. Part of it’s on me because I am not a confrontational person so I didn’t want to say anything but it was becoming a pattern. I understand if they are out of things especially a couple hours after closing, I just would have liked transparency. I would say they need more training on customer service, the way they do things can work for some people but not for others.
