- CDC DJDec 7, 20251.0Lady had a hard time hearing through drive-thru speaker. Still had issues when I got to the window. Ordered a croissant stuffef and notice she was overcharging me. I asked her and she said that she didn’t. When the food and receipt was handed to me by someone else, she had charge me for a different item. He took the food back and brought the right one. I asked him about the price difference and he said “she’ll take care of that”. She came to the window and said “what is it”? I told her that she over charged me, and her response was “what you want me to do? I can’t do a refund, you’ll have to come back maybe tomorrow”. All of this while having a nasty attitude! I was already late for an appointment so I left. Horrible customer service!

I ordered one latte, said “please” and “thank you,” and still got silence, attitude, and a nasty “pull forward.” Their energy was so dark that I didn’t even feel comfortable paying for and accepting my drink, so I pulled out of the line and went somewhere else and they stared me down the entire time. Absolutely terrible customer service.
