- BBBennyDec 27, 20251.0Wow wow wow. This location has been the biggest the disappointment. There should be a serious change in management and emphasis on customer service. I had just came back from a long day at the beach with babycat bookclub and I was starving. I was standing for 10 minutes alone waiting for someone to serve me while the employees walked around ignoring me. Then when I finally was being served, they were rude about making the bowl, rushing me through and cutting me off before I could finish. Worst of all, the employees all said “hi kevin” and left my bowl while making it, completely abandoning my hungry self and leaving my bowl half complete, in a state of limbo. I felt taunted by them leaving mid service and I am ashamed and the way that these employees see my bookclub as sub human. A simple “Ill be back” would’ve sufficed but no, my bowl was left there to become cold, incomplete and desolate. And then there’s me on the other side, staring longingly and in shock as they walk away unannounced. Try harder. Also the music sucks, what are these beats. I wish the mobil man was still here instead.

But not all 3! Had I not driven all the way home, I would have gone in and asked for them to be fixed. I’ll never go to this location again.
