Yesterday I went to CAVA for the first time and WOW the food was delicious. Since I hadn't gone there before I wasn't sure what to get but Jocelyn walked me through the whole thing, she was great and such a big help. I'm so excited to go back and enjoy more of their delicious food!

I recently had the best experience at Cava, and it was all because of an incredible employee named Jocelyn.
From the moment I walked in, Jocelyn set the tone with her positive energy and welcoming attitude. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and made the entire ordering process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu—offering helpful suggestions and explaining options clearly without making me feel rushed. I will be coming back just because of her!

I ordered on Uber Eats at 12:00 P.m. I got switched to 4 uber drives due to this cavas location order wait time. One messaged me that they were waiting over 25 minutes for my order and it never came. Mind you this was a hour after I ordered. All I ordered was a chicken grains bowl. I was in no rush for the food but I called the store to see what the status is. I called saying that I ordered uber a hour and 25 minutes ago. The man on the phone who works there sounded rude and said we have alot of orders right now. Not sure what team member it was but he sounded like a deep voice heavy set male. I asked him what the status on my order and he did not say anything and put me on hold and hung up shortly after. I called back after he hung up and I got no answer. I canceled my uber order. The customer service at this location is awful and so are the wait times. If you are going to uber from here I don’t recommend it.

I have eaten here 3 times since it has opened now. The first time, my lettuce was only large chunks and not the actual lettuce leafs. The second time the food was all good quality, but the portion was about half of any other CAVA bowl I’ve gotten. The third and most recent time, they forgot my free pita, messed up my portions, and randomly added olives to my bowl despite my never adding them on my mobile order. At first I figured it was because it was a new restaurant, but this has continued through the months it’s been open sadly.

Customer service could use some tailoring. I order online most of the time but decided to come inside. I ordered what I usually do & asked for the free pita that is always offered online. When I asked, the young lady working cashier looked at me sideways & said “we don’t do free pita” then charged me $2.65 then proceeded to talk negatively about it with another coworker. Will never come back to this location.
