- MBMaria Ballester4 days ago1.0This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a CAVA location, specifically the Winter Park. I’ve visited twice, and both times were unpleasant. On my most recent visit, the food was cold—the rice and the chicken. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of an employee named REBBECCA. She was very rude, not only to me but to every customer I observed her assisting. Because of this, I will not be returning to this location. This employee clearly needs customer service training.

I ordered a delivery order directly through the Cava app. The driver got there and texted me that my order had been picked up. I informed him it wasn't and that someone likely took the wrong order as it is just picked up from a table and no one actually holds anyone accountable for picking up the correct orders. He informed them of this and their response was "we already made it and will not make it again, have her call Door Dash", which is not who I ordered through as I ordered directly through Cava. There is no way to call Cava restaurants directly and they are not canceling the order so I'm being charged a ridiculous price of $25 for ONE BOWL that I will never get. I am on hold with Doordash for an hour to try and recoup $25, plus of course.... no lunch for me today. As someone who eats Cava at least twice a week its heartbreaking to say that I will never be a patron of this company again.
