- JPJoe PriceMar 26, 20261.0Huge Dunkin fan but this location does not meet the minimum standards. Hot food is served cold. Toasted bread is never toasted. Cheese looks like it's sweating but never melted. The breakfast sandwiches taste like the inside of a microwave. At this point, it honestly feels like no one working here has ever seen what a properly made sandwich is supposed to look or taste like. Orders come out sloppy, rushed, and consistently wrong—as if quality control just doesn’t exist. You ask for something simple and somehow it still gets messed up. Service doesn’t help the situation either. Staff seem uninterested, untrained, or both. There’s no sense of urgency, no attention to detail, and definitely no pride in what they’re putting out. This isn’t a one-off bad visit—it’s a pattern. When even the basics are consistently done wrong, it’s not a bad day, it’s bad management. There are plenty of other locations that prove this brand can do better, which makes this one even more frustrating. If you’re expecting the usual Dunkin experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
- RGRose GMar 16, 20265.0I just want to give a tremendous shoutout to Tristan “not Justin” (insider lol). I had confidently said my order but messed up on the milk, I meant to state I preferred. Tristan came out and I informed him of what happened and I felt horrible asking to change it. Without hesitation, there was no push back and stated no problem and fixed it immediately. His customer service is amazing especially so early in the morning. Thank you again Tristan. FYI: Time stamp @7:20 approx.

When I hear his voice on the speaker I know my coffee will be perfect. Hes the reason I've kept going since there is a dunkin closer to my work. He needs a raise ASAP!!!
