- JSJessica SimmonsApr 1, 20261.0I came to get my coffee. Your mobile app was down so I couldn’t order on the app. I ordered through the drive-through. The lady at the register argued with me on the app I was only gonna pay $8.60 for my large cold brew with two shots of espresso at the store. The location I ended up paying $10.64 or something like that and didn’t get what I want I am very disappointed. The economy sucks you guys raise your prices to ridiculous amount and then I don’t even get what I want very disappointed and will probably never come back to this location. This is not the first incident that I’ve had where somebody at this location is argued with me.

Once I get to the speaker I have to wait 5 minutes before anyone says anything. I have to say “hello” to get someone to say something. They are SLOW and need a new management. I went today, I had to leave because the drive thru line was so long and I could tell it would take 20 minutes just to get to the speaker.
