The fist line lady didn’t smile or say a word when I went up to order, the Second Lady did not know how to roll a burrito and the people behind me in line laughed and said “I’d like to see you try and eat that.” There was no ice in the soda machine (I haven’t been able to get ice the past 2 times coming here). Very poor service and workers speaking to each other in different languages after I spoke Spanish to her!

Initially, the ordering process went smoothly, but things took a turn when I attempted to specify the toppings I wanted. My food was left unattended while the staff prioritized other customers who arrived after me. To make matters worse, I encountered rudeness from one of the servers, who even raised their voice at me. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and I believe the staff would greatly benefit from some customer service training.
