  The brisket is amazing! So tender! We shared a 3x2 (3 meats + 2 sides) with brisket, burnt ends & ribs. We are going back tomorrow for lunch & getting a 3x2...with brisket only! 😋 Also love the origin story that this started as a fundraiser for a young girl with cancer & has grown into a multi-site restaurant chain that continues express the owners faith through giving back to the community! 🫶🏼

  It was my first time trying 4Rivers Smokehouse at the Winter Park location in Fairbanks. We went to support a “spirit day” for my daughter’s volleyball club, WPVC. As a vegan, you don’t think to try BBQ restaurants, but they prepared their vegan burnt ends and a side of corn for me, and it was excellent. I haven’t had BBQ in a while, and I was so surprised at how delicious this was. We will be back.

  Hands down the best BBQ in Florida. 4 Rivers Smokehouse never misses the mark. The brisket is incredibly tender and smoky, and the sides are just as impressive—don't skip the baked beans! I love the casual, community-focused vibe of the shop. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why authentic, family-owned BBQ is so special. Every time I visit, the quality is consistent and the service is friendly. A true local staple!

  Best Brisket & Pull Pork,I Got The 2 Meats & 2 Side Dishes Green Beans & Cheesy Cheese Potatoes,All There Sides Dishes Are Awesome & Darn Good,I Am A Meat Lover All There Different Kinds Of Meat Is Frickin Delicious & Awesome & Amazing, It's All Good Even The Service Is Awesome & Friendly Places To Eat ,We Come Her All The Time With Our Friend's , Oh When it comes to dessert, oh my God, that's even where they delicious and they're amazing & Definitely Delicious So don't send your mouth is so good.   I visited Four Rivers Barbecue in Winter Park on March 7 and ordered the two by two combo with brisket and burnt ends, along with mac and cheese and barbecue beans as sides. I was excited to visit as a fan of Texas-style barbecue, and while it was a solid experience, it didn't quite live up to expectations. The brisket was a little dry, and the burnt ends were broken into small pieces rather than whole chunks, making them chewier and less enjoyable than hoped. The mac and cheese was good and the barbecue beans were a decent accompaniment. My friends also enjoyed their meals. A solid four out of five, but it would need to lift noticeably to earn a five. I would return and try a different menu option.
