  The service at the Tropical Smoothie location is very poor. I had a very disappointing experience. The smoothie I ordered tasted like nothing but blended ice with no flavor. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told I would have to pay again because they “follow a recipe.“ When I asked for a refund instead,I was told that they don’t give refunds at all. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told there was no way to contact one, no number, no email, nothing. When I asked how they would handle an actual emergency or situation that required management or would they just let the store burn down. The employee told me she would let the storm burn down. Completely unprofessional and concerning. I ended up having to call another tropical smoothie location just to get management’s contact information. This store needs serious attention from corporate and better customer service training. Is this what tropical smoothie wants as representation out of a franchise? And is this the narrative that management wants out in the community?

  Clean and spacious, the staff is always friendly and everything I get here is delicious and gives me a good boost to get back to work after lunch

  The lady in blue was super rude about everything. She was acting really rushy, her customer service makes me not want to come back . I was also hearing her talk to her colleagues treacherous as well. I’m scared to come back cause I may see her.

  This is the apple they placed in the bag as the side. I called to let them know. The person who answered kept saying she had just gotten there and that they had just gotten a new batch of fruit. Nevertheless they didn’t bother to look at what they are serving their customers and had a disgruntal attitude. Asked me to come back after 30minute ride to offer another apple.

  Now there was me and one other customer there and they somehow mixed up our orders. I can't get anyone on the phone either.
