  I went to this location tonight because the closest location to me is closed for remodeling. I will never go to the 3rd st location again (the store that is remodeling) their staff is always rude. This store was absolutely amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Jaz the app was having issues and she went above and beyond to accommodate my family. All if the staff in the store were friendly and had a smile! We will definitely be back due to the amazing customer service!

  Here’s a clear, strong review in English you can copy and paste: --- I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. The store is listed as closing at 3:00 AM. I drove from far away because I was very hungry, doing everything I could to arrive on time. I got there about 5 minutes before closing, and right when I pulled into the drive-thru, the menu screen was turned off. I tried to order and waited there speaking with no response. No one answered. It honestly felt like I was being ignored. What makes this worse is that there were employee cars in the parking lot, and trash bags outside the building, clearly showing that employees were still inside. So the store wasn’t truly closed.. they just chose not to serve customers. I also work in customer service, and I understand closing time can be stressful. But if your posted hours say 3:00 AM, then customers who arrive before that time should be served. It’s disrespectful to customers who spend time, gas, and money to get there, only to be turned away early. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. I’ve experienced the same issue at another Taco Bell, arriving 15 minutes before closing and still not being served. If the store is not actually serving customers until 3:00 AM, then the hours should be updated. Otherwise, it feels misleading and unprofessional. Very frustrating experience. (The picture shows a different time because the time was wasted when maneuvering my car)

  Bad ratings due to rude staff. They don't want to listen to you. They just cut you off mid sentence and move on.
