  I visited this Subway location to pick up a mobile order. During that visit, I had a deeply troubling interaction with one of the employees that I feel obligated to document. The drinks included in my order required cups that were located behind the register. Not wanting to reach past the counter without permission, I waited for the employee to provide them. She did not, and continued serving other customers. When I asked for the cups, she responded with clear irritation and told me to get them myself. I complied without incident. However, as I was filling my drink at the fountain directly adjacent to the register I overheard the employee telling a coworker that customers who don't grab their own cups are "dumb" and "lazy." I turned around and politely informed her that I had heard the comment and that I hadn't been acting lazily I simply wasn't aware of the process. The employee's response escalated immediately. She told me to leave the store using explicit language, and when I asked why she was treating a customer this way, she threatened to have her boyfriend come to the store to physically harm me. I will not be returning to this location.

  Stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. Josh and Lynkon were both super welcoming from the start. Their positive attitude and warm smiles really stood out and made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s not every day you get that kind of customer service at a quick lunch spot. Definitely appreciated and I’ll be back.

  Josh was awesome. First time coming to this subway, very welcoming. Lynkon is funny and welcoming as well. These 2 guys together make a good pair for the customers when it comes to service and to provide great quality food.

  I ordered 5 6" subs tonight at 8:20. I've always been a big fan of subway. But the customer service I received tonight was completely unacceptable! The young boy would barley even acknowledge me when I was speaking to him. One of my subs was made incorrect. When I asked to speak to a manager about a issue with the app when placing my order (which i believe is the other gentleman who was with him as there was only 2 staff in the store) he told me oh he just left. I used to love this location because it's close and convenient for me. But after tonight I will never return. His service made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Thankfully there is many other sub shops in town and I advise everyone to avoid this location.
