  I typically get Panera in Lakeland or Tampa near work and they are delicious. Salads are always packed full and delicious, sandwiches are always filling. Tonight I stopped at the one in Winter Haven, near our home, and picked up dinner for my family. This sandwich was beyond pathetic. It’s mostly just bread, it was totally dry and hardly any filling. The salads were packed in with the warm food so maybe that’s why they were limp and soggy? But again I am used to other Paneras filling the container and this was not a typical portion. The French onion soup hardly had any cheese so I used my own at home. The iced tea was good, that’s all that was good. For the high prices, this is unacceptable. I will certainly not be back. Very unsatisfying and overall just a disappointing waste of $50 (for two pick two’s and a soup)

  Big Fan of the SIP club and this location the staff is super friendly!! I went on my Bday and they gave me a free pastry!! Very happy with every time i have come for a drink, meal and to meet a friend!

  This is a wonderful location and the general manager always has the store in excellent working order. The naked homeless guy in the bathroom washing his clothes this morning at 8:25 a.m. was a bit of a distraction, but what do you do?

  Where do I start? An unplugged experience turned into one of the best experiences. A little bit distraught because the last GM has left, but that is OK in place of her, there’s another wonderful GM that I’ve taken a liking to. She’s very wonderful indeed and she has a beautiful personality to match her professionalism once again thank you so much for your time I really do appreciate it.
