  I went to this location around 7pm to order dinner to go. When I arrived I went inside to order at the kiosk. When I paid no receipt came out but they told me no problem and gave me my order a few minutes later. When I got home to eat my burger was made correctly but the bottom part of the bun was so tough that I had to throw it away and finish it with a knife and fork. I had order the quarter pounder deluxe combo with extra mayo and pickles. I suppose it's my fault for special ordering but now I can't go back there again because I don't trust them to serve me a good meal.

  Three times in three weeks I used the drive-through twice. I was the only car there but had to sit and wait. Today I waited so long. I just left finally. Worst drive-through service ever.

  This has to be one of the worst experience’s I have encountered from a fast food service. The manager and her employees didn’t even acknowledge me. After 10 minutes of waiting I asked them if spring was going to help me they to go order at the kiosk with an attitude. I placed the order at 9:45 PM and ordered 3 chicken strips and an ice cream cone and it took literally over 30 minutes before I got my food. Terrible service and a very bad customer service experience listening to the staff argue with each other and they looked inconvenienced with dealing with customers. Perhaps they are overwhelmed maybe even short staffed but man this could be run a whole lot better. The lack of leadership is evident and management is non existent. I hate to be the customer that complains and would rather be one to leader a great review like I normally do but this was a terrible experience.

  Every time I go here the food and the service is horrible, this previous time I pulled up to order in the drive thru and the speakers are barely loud enough to hear and understand. When I asked to repeat what was said the employee caught an attitude and I replied with FIX YOUR SPEAKERS AND LEFT. Try my best to avoid this McDonald’s at all times but it’s the closest to me unfortunately

  27 minutes sitting in drive thru with no cars moved. drove around and their answer was we are short staffed as I watched 4 people walking back and forth waiting to be acknowledged. finally someone opened window and I voiced my opinion before driving off not ordering this location has to be the worst as far as speed and customer service yet want to be paid like they are some professional staff. it starts with ownership and management.
