  This has to be the best Mexican restaurant in Winterhaven. Everything is so tasty and Mary is the best server we were here last week and we may return next week.

  Much too expensive for Mexican food. Waitress was excellent but failed to tell us 20% fee for 6 people. The only reasonable price for food were the kids meal. Every dish and every drink $13.99 or more.

  This place had nobody in it and the service was horrible at best! Food did taste good. But I will not come back to this establishment. There was 1 table besides us at the time and we waited forever for drinks and food. Then we couldn't find anyone that worked there for take-home boxes. By the time we had someone come to us to see if we needed anything my husband was so enraged that we just paid and left. If we would have asked for boxes, who knows how long it would have taken. Very disappointed because we like to read reviews before we go and honestly I think it was a bunch of lying reviews. Horrible!

  Placed a takeout order today on the app. Ordered a veggie chimichanga and tried calling the restaurant to ask what kind of veggies it had in it. They didn’t answer the phone so I decided to just give it a try. I get the order home and cut it open and it didn’t have any veggies in it at all! It was black beans and cheese only. I also paid an extra $2.99 to get the queso on top, and it had no queso. I thought the sad little squirts of white might have been their idea of a sufficient amount of queso, but no.. it was the sour cream. My husband had the don fernando and the cut of beef was not a good quality. He said the only thing that was good was the shrimp. I tried calling to at least get a refund for the non existent queso and they don’t answer the phone. I got a text with methods of reaching out to them including a number to text. I text them and even sent a pic of the meal and got no responses. I paid $54.03 for this order.. it was definitely not worth the price. And the customer service is non-existent. Sadly, we won’t be back. We were hoping that we had found a new favorite spot, but it completely missed the mark.

  They brought my husband the wrong dish and when we told the waiter he had ordered something else, she offered to put in the correct order. My husband didn't want to wait more time for his food and I didn't want to eat in front of him while he was waiting so he just said he would keep the plate and the waitress said she would take it off the bill so we were fine with that. When the bill came, we saw we were charged for his plate, which conveniently happened to be much more expensive that what he had ordered. We were fine with it not being free but asked if we could at least be charged the amount his order would have been. We were told the manager refused to do so because it was the most expensive plate on the menu. Well if that's the case, then don't stick the most expensive plate on clients that didn't order it! Won't be going back there for overpriced food when there's other better Mexican options in town with better service.
