  Food was good. Prices high, then they charged me $3 for gravy to put on my mashed potatoes. Ridiculous amount for something that shouldn’t have been an upcharge. Very disappointed ☹️

  I'm a 15 year old, out with 7 friends on a Sunday. Most places don't take teens seriously. Our server, Tami, treated us well and livened the atmosphere. Food was out in a reasonable time and tasted amazing. Definitely coming here for my first drink.

  We've walked or driven by Lucille's many times over the years and it was always packed so we never went in. Today it wasn't bad so we decided to give it a try. The food was amazing, the service was amazing. The ONLY thing that really left a bad taste in our mouth and why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that nobody explained to us that the payment system they use automatically includes a 20% tip. When the tablet was handed to my wife it was on the signature screen. She said there was no total on the screen (but we already saw our receipt) so we just figured there was no way to tip on the tablet. We ended up leaving a cash tip of 20%. When we got home my wife double checked our CC and sure enough, there was a 20% tip added to our bill. So this means the waitress got a 40% tip. Service was good, but not 40% worth. You KNOW the wait staff must know that's how the tablets work so I'm curious how many times they're getting FAR more tips than they should for not explaining this to people. We'll def be back because the food was good, but seriously.........explain this to your customers.

  The service was excellent and the food was wonderful I highly recommend going they have a great selection of food and great desserts the blue berry pie comes highly recommended it comes with vanilla ice cream and they are very good at helping you decide what to eat and the manager was very kind and friendly so if you want to eat at a place that has great service and food along with great atmosphere i highly recommend coming to here

  1st Time Marinated Skirt Steak with the homemade chimichurri sauce waa De-lic-ious! Full of flavor. Changed the sides to mash potatoes and green beans, good, nothing special. Also had the Lucille's Crispy Chicken Salad, it was good, lots of cut up chicken tenders. Not a fan of ice berg lettuce. Next time skirt steak. Bring my son for buffalo chicken mac n cheese. Atmosphere inside and outside was hopping on a Friday night. Outside was full when we left on a beautiful evening. Niki server was knowledgeable and patient with us first timers.
