Not a typical Wendy's. I would go back if I am in the area, but I feel the self-service is very unpersonable and takes longer than a simple order at the desk. The food was okay but I was dissatisfied they no longer have the original "sweet and sour" sauce. The employees made it sound like they did, but had no clue, so that kind of made me less interested. There's only a small area to sit. It's very small and open and uninviting. Seems like they care more about drive through orders, but the worst part is the people there work but don't really greet you at the desk because it's self service. Very awkward. It was very clean but the bathrooms were kind of weird. I can't remember exactly but they weren't like regular restaurant bathrooms. I much prefer the layout in the other Winter Haven Wendy's. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience but it wasn't spectacular and felt out of character for a fast food restaurant. It's sad to say I am not impressed with either Wendy's in Winter Haven.

The only way to order appears to be through an AI chatbot or through a computer screen with no options to remove items from the order. The actual employees were great though.

don’t order from here, i ordered a crispy chicken blt biggie bag and the sandwich came with nothing on it.. literally just the chicken and the bread. i tried to call their number and no answer.

I would not recommend going to this establishment after 8 or 9pm. They didn’t have my salad. I simply asked in a calm manner if there was a way to make it due to me not getting blue cheese (even though they add it everytime). The employee replied in a rude tone that was not needed whatsoever. I’ve tried to give them a chance time after time. I will not be coming back and will give my business elsewhere.
