Some of the girls that be working there is rude likes to be in bad moods it's irritating when I went she did whatever she wanted to meal didn't ask me anything. Cause she was having a bad day? This is unacceptable.

Stand at the counter for 3 minutes behind 5 other people until the first person in line gets waited on and then the cashier's fingerprint won't work. Manager finally comes over to tell cashier to wash her hands, then it works. I left so I can't rate the food.

if i could give this wendy’s 0 stars i would. This is literally the worst wendy’s in the area, other than having all kid staff they are absolutely rude and clueless. They have yer to get my order right one single time! AND I MOBILE ORDER! and then when you go back to have your order fixed they accuse you of lying….. for $7?!? CRAZY. Who ever is running this wendy’s, they need to go back to training and take their staff with them. DO BETTER.

I went for a wrap with a substitution on the meat , at first I just got a tortilla with ranch , lettuce and cheese when I get home and I opened it found out that the meat that they charge me extra (Tenders $3.59 for 2 pieces) wasn’t there , I called 4 times before going and know one answered. Went there , the manager told the cashier to give me the tenders instead of fixing the whole wrap , he said that I was the one that need to put the meat because they can’t , lies because I always ask for my wrap like this and never ever know one told me that I had to fix it my self. The just gave me the two tenders , when I get home and try to fix my wrap I end up with this mess , tortilla soggy already , broken and a mess , I try to fix it the best way but had no luck , my money went to the garbage Thank you!!!

We came to this Wendy's as we were waiting to be picked up and we grabbed a frosty and fries. Both were amazing
BUT I'm leaving the review cause the cashier Hillary was so wonderful, she was able to laugh at my very unfunny jokes and made it convinceing andshe was overall a nice and enjoyable person and even tho I am not a huge Wendy's person I would come back again and again for an experience like this
