  Wish I could rate this place ZERO stars. Went in for 2 smoothies, 1 sun rise sunset & 1 kid blueberry smoothie. Waited at least 20 min for them to make 1 smoothie & then I had to ask for the kid smoothie which they said they were making. Waited another 5 min while watching them just start making it & then trying to get the smoothie out of the blender. Mind you there were about 6-8 kids working & they weren’t busy so the wait time was inexcusable . Finally we got the kids blueberry & it was nasty. so after waiting over 20 min for 2 smoothies (that in total were $16) i asked if they could just make the sun rise sun set in a kids size because my kid wasn’t going to drink the blueberry one. We all tried it & it was not good at all. They then said okay & proceeded to make the same blueberry smoothie I just told them i didn’t want. So now they’re saying ,AFTER THEY ALREADY MADE IT , they can’t make the sun rise sun set in replacement because it’s not the same price & their “boss” will check the cameras & get mad. That’s when I got upset because what??? i just sat here for OVER 30 min at this point for TWO SMOOTHIES & you’re telling me the boss will get mad because you’re giving out “free food” ?? This establishment is a joke & just needs to close their doors. Or get an actual manager in there to teach those kids, that are running the place, a lesson in customer service.

  I had issues with my order and left feedback from the survey on my receipt. The manager, Christina, contacted soon after and apologized. She rectified my complaint the following day and made sure I was satisfied with my order. That is superb customer service and leadership in my books! Thank you Christina!

  I love Tropical Smoothies but the Winter Haven, FL location is extremely unprofessional. I waited for 30 minutes, for them to finally come out and say they did not have any Açaí. They can NOT provide a refund only a replacement. Which is wild because they knew 5 minutes after I ordered that they didn’t have any Açaí, they should have said it then instead of having me wait for 30 minutes. Too many other locations with good customer service then to come back to this location.

  I just wanted to leave a review for Christina at Tropical Smoothie Cafe because she was truly so sweet and kind. DoorDash got my order wrong twice, which was really frustrating, but when I came in today, Christina replaced it for me and was so understanding. She was patient, respectful, and made me feel cared about as a customer. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her job. Her kindness turned a frustrating experience into a good one, and employees like her make a big difference. Thank you, Christina, for your great customer service and for being so kind.

  I've ordered twice from this location and it's just not worth it. They charge you $.75 just to sub out a different cheese (which doesn't happen on the app). The smoothie doesn't have much fruit it in bc it just tastes like turbinato sugar. Even when you order it with half the sugar, it doesn't taste like it does when you're at the Cypress Gardens location. I ordered the Chocolate Cover Strawberry smoothie two times this week and both times, it just tasted like a watered down strawberry banana smoothie. The smoothie didn't match the dark color of what it is supposed to look like on the picture either. You can't taste the dark chocolate or any chocolate flavor. Just drive to the Cypress Gardens location if you want what you're paying for.
