    Drove over 20 minutes to get a smoothie, The smoothie came out Bitter and disgusting. I was told by the manager that I could not get a refund or a remake of another smoothie .I will not be returning to this location.

    My brother came in to get a smoothie. The smoothie was over $13 and he added whey protein, collagen and more. He asked for no bananas because he is ALLERGIC. They still made it with banana, he asked them to remake it because he’s highly allergic to bananas. They told him over and over they cannot remake it.. so he asked them for a refund they said they couldn’t do that either. Finally, they agreed to remake it, snatched the drink from his hand and still did not even make it correctly.. they made it with so much ice it was a solid as a rock and he couldn’t even drink it through the straw. The workers were EXTREMELY rude and did not care if he was allergic or not even though he asked multiple times for NO BANANA.. I wish I know who the owner was so I could talk to them I deeply pray that they see this review and address this issue. I couldn’t even imagine treating a customer this way.

    I ordered A mango Magic and it came out very icy and not smooth how it usually comes out. It also tasted very different so I kindly asked the lady who wouldn’t give me her name if she they can remake it and they said no, she had dark hair and glasses, So I asked for a Manager, and she said the Manager Is in a meeting and will be in a meeting for 45 minutes. And she also wouldn’t give me her name. I’m very Disappointed at the Manager and everyone in this establishment with how they handled this. Does it cost you that much to remake a smoothie? 0 stars I’m very upset
