She stated that she could do this to accommodate me and that’s when her manager in the back started yelling at her saying “I told you you cannot modify anything!!” He kept going on so The poor girl had to mute the headset because of how he was behaving. I got so angry. It is not okay for these so called managers who probably have no proper training to be speaking to their fellow co workers like this. It was so embarrassing. This girl was so sweet to me and was trying to satisfy the needs of a customer like you would hope she would and this rude, sorry excuse of a “manager” was yelling at her. Even if it is against policy, he could’ve simply state led it in a respectful way. He needs to do better. I did not get his name but I was so angry and felt so sorry for that sweet girl. Whoever you are, DO BETTER! You’re terrible! 5 star service for Jazmyne. The angry disrespectful guy gets a -5.
