  I ordered 5 6" subs tonight at 8:20. I've always been a big fan of subway. But the customer service I received tonight was completely unacceptable! The young boy would barley even acknowledge me when I was speaking to him. One of my subs was made incorrect. When I asked to speak to a manager about a issue with the app when placing my order (which i believe is the other gentleman who was with him as there was only 2 staff in the store) he told me oh he just left. I used to love this location because it's close and convenient for me. But after tonight I will never return. His service made me feel uncomfortable and awkward. Thankfully there is many other sub shops in town and I advise everyone to avoid this location.

  There was a young guy with a big afro without a hairnet handling food. I walked right out.

  I’m a regular customer and last night I came in and their was 2 young guys, the guy with braids has an attitude, no customer service whatsoever, he didn’t prepared my 2 subs like everyone else supposed to do, just throwing the ingredients everywhere, didn’t also have salami, the lettuce was terrible, prepared the subs and left it on the counter next to the register and left to the back. I got home and the bread were hard , so disappointed, me and my husband end up throwing the 2 subs away, they were nasty……BAD SERVICE!!!!

  I didn’t get the young man name but the time was 12:25pm on 1:7:26 and he had a great attitude spoke to everyone that came to the door! If you day was going bad when you walked in it will be better when walking out!

  We always used to come to eat to this subway and we stop going because they where always out of stuff store wasn’t clean and just bad well Saturday we decided to stop by because we haven’t been in a long time and when we walked through the front door we automatically new it was being ran by someone different store smelled so good everything was so nice and clean all the food looked fresh and they where not out of anything meet the new manger Tiffany she is doing a awesome job great customer service skills and friendly smile subway you made the right choice having Miss Tiffany running your store she’s going Amazing job and we definitely will start to come back more now !
