- RLRick LeichterNov 16, 20253.0Never done the pull up thing before at Sonic. Pulled up to the window, decided and pressed the button. Waited about 3 minutes and very quietly heard what sounded like someone talking. Didn't help that the music was ten times louder than the speaker system. After confirming, again quietly, that someone was there, I ordered a hotdog combo, an ice cream sundae, and a cinnamon bite special thing. The girl taking the order incorrectly brought each item on the screen which I then corrected as she continued to whisper her misunderstanding. From what I can tell, she was polite about it but for all I know she was actually cursing. Gluten free was clearly NOT an option but we risked the sundae and my celiac did not get sick. Food came out after about ten minutes. I expected roller skates, gotta be honest, but it was walked out. Order was accurate, which is great. The chili cheese hotdog was delicious except that half then cheese and chili stuck to the wrapper. The fries were nice and warm. The sundae was sweet and tasty. The cinnamon bites were crap; barely cooked and not well cinnamon'ed - Paul Hollywood would have poked them with his sausage fingers and exclaimed 'underbaked'! All in all, an underwhelming experience though the people were friendly and trying their best under challenging circumstances. See you on the road!
- LPLeah PedrosoOct 26, 20251.0Cashier tried to scam my card saying it had an authorization error. I saw him swipe it twice and then swipe his employee card. I have plenty of money on that card. He said only cash or physical card. I gave cash but the whole time and thing was sketchy
