  Please check your food , came home with chicken toaster and after the first bite it was raw pink chicken. Andrew the manager is very apologetic and will correct. Just hope it’s better than the 2nd yes this was a replacement meal because the first time a burger was in place of chicken toaster. Please check your orders

  I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a sweet tea. It was honestly the best burger I have had in years! The staff was also super friendly and accurate.

  I ordered four Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wraps, and instead of the crispy tenders, I received hash browns, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to customer orders, giving the impression that staff are not taking their responsibilities seriously when handling customers’ food.

  First off. I don’t understand why you even provided this type of Food to a customer cause you guys have eyes so you get to see what you’re giving. A customer and you thought that was OK to give to a customer. What if this was a older person. Mind you. I can’t believe you gave this to me and when I called to ask her a manager, I was talking to somebody else, and then that person got frustrated. And then I finally got on the phone with the manager couldn’t give me a refund because it was a third-party which is understandable. I will get my refund through dispute. No worries but I just think y’all need to watch your Food and check on it before you take it home. This is absolutely disgusting.

  If I could give a 0 I would we have been sitting here in the parking lot more than 30 min for 3 slushies. We had to call the store to be told one thing we ordered was no longer available to which I said and that couldn't have been told to us 30 minutes ago. I'm sorry if you're on the headset you should know what's in your store it's not the patrons responsibility to call and ask where their product is.
