They seem lost and not very competent. We are done with panera. Manager doesn't have any customer service skills either. Hygiene concern as well. Employees not using gloves or hairnets. The tables are dirty the carpet needs replacement i can go on and on and forget the drive through they are slow, rude and you will always get cheated with always something missing or bowls of soups halfway.

It was supposed to be the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Kind of upsetting when you have no sandwich to eat that you paid for.

It's a good occasional stop where I don't have to feel like I'm feeding the kids trash . $56 to feed 4 with two being small kids so it's not cheap but I don't believe people should be eating out all the time for to cost anyway so for me I like it .
