ABSOLUTE TRASH. We sat in the drive thru unanswered for about 5 mins as the other lane had car after car pass through, so we decided to go inside, that was a bigger mistake. Ordered our food on the kiosk that you couldn’t pay at bc the machine was down but we didn’t know that (no signs or guidance) the line at the front counter was long and nobody was there to even take orders. The poor manager was running back and forth trying to run front cash and bag orders. Apparently the machine was down, we stood at the front counter as everyone looked at us but never took our order. After about 10 mins of standing there watching everyone walk by we left. This is supposed to be FAST food.

normally we only get the average mcdonald's experience at this one. Eating in this morning though let me realize the current condition of mcdonald's and their eating in experience. I waited nearly 10 minutes to exchange my sandwich since I had gotten the wrong one, the other one costs more. All of the doordashers around me were getting attention but not once did the staff think the guy standing right in front then holding a sandwich and receipt for 10 minutes would be wanting immediate assistance. So eating with my partner way after he's eaten because the staff don't even want to be interacted with. Seems like a fair assumption to me as a customer that I shouldnt be less of a priority than a doordasher.

Ordered 2 plain Mcchicken sandwiches. Got one regular and one hot and spicy neither of which was plain. Either the girl was hard of hearing or their speakers don’t work because it took forever for her to get my order.

On December 13 I went trough drive thru of this macdonalds it was a nightmare from the very beginning,, I clearly told the guy taking my order that I need 3 # one’s one without pickles he sounded like he understood he told me po pull forward to the first window!! I got to the first window and he charges my card I told him if he understood that is 3 number ones he said yes I told him one without pickles he said yes but he had such a bad attitude towards me while flirting with another guy inside the place you heard that right a grown man with bright red lipstick on but that is not the problem here the problem is that when I pulled up to the second window to get my order I instantly notice a burger is missing as I was explaining to the girl in the second window that I’m missing a burger he comes from the back twisting and swinging and tell the girl: if she can’t get it together she needs to get in line and order again I have a 92 year old on my passenger seat who is tired and hungry wth is wrong with this person I walked inside and went to order another meal as I was standing there i watched the red lipstick guy flirting with another dude back there not paying attention to what people ordered there was 3 other persons inside waiting to get their orders fixed
Manager if you read this please do something with the worker because the attitude he has is ridiculous
