I feel like if they dont have all the ingredients or training on how to make it , it shouldn’t be on the menu .

The staff doesn't even come to anyone in the front counter, there was a lady with a child near the Basket Robins area, waiting for over 35 mins is what she told me, nobody was helping her. They need to train their staff better and balance the store out they have everyone in the drive through, and they are paying no mind to anyone in the front counter. I went inside to see if I could get help for my order, but nobody came to the counter. This place has gotten worse. and the young incompetent staff is just mind blowing they'll mess your order up more than One time. I love Dunkin and hate seeing this place fall apart...... They def need to get things going right, I know the supervisor Al but lost his numbers to report this. Do better Dunkin!
