  When a person has an "invisible" disability such as being deaf it can sometimes present challenges when ordering at a restaurant. But we want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT for a STELLAR job to the team Bri, Sabrina, Chania, Courtney, Crenie that work on Monday night. Every week as a treat my son likes to get a ice coffee. These ladies not only help him they attempt to find the best way to communicate with him. I am so thoroughly pleased and happy that they go the extra mile in making his week and caring about his needs. Always with a smile and show great kindness. With that being said unfortunately we were there last Friday on the Doughnut day and the 2 ladies working in the morning were less than stellar in taking care of us. When the one lady realized he was deaf she was a little kinder but the manager was on the short side which was not appreciated. We went for the free doughnut with purchase and to get the bag. Now the bag was not a big deal but how we were spoke to and told that it was only through the app and then told it didn't start until 6am ( we were there at 5:30am) and the other excuse was that "no one had told her about it and that she had just gotten an email when we arrived. We were also charged more for the exact same thing as we get every Monday night. All of the above was not mentioned in either the Facebook ad nor the app. Final straw was when I was told that I was holding up the line. We will not let it deter our weekly trip just will make sure we go on Monday night where we know we will be treated with the highest respect and give AWESOME service. Thank you Bri, Sabrina, Chania, Courtney and Crenie for caring and taking such great pride in your work and dedication to making this location a success.

  Same coffee tastes different at different locations, I use the app to order so I orders or I know what kind of coffee I like. I choose my cream, sugar level, etc same . At every location, but every location has different taste

  Never pick up the phone, can’t even put in orders ahead of time due to poor customer service! What’s the point of you all working there & nobody wants to pick up but then catch attitudes when people come in making big orders!

  Had to give my simple coffee order 3 times, then waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, only to get to the window to see 3 people horsing around and 1 barely working while the other two were horse playing. And these are the fast food workers wanting 15 an hour. Be careful AI is coming for you.
