- PPPastatart (PT)Feb 15, 20262.0Well first of all, I ordered to this location by mistake, meaning to go to the other one in Winter Haven (a location much better.) I like my hot chocolate with cream in it, but there's no option for that on the app, and so every time I do a pickup order, I call the store 10 minutes or so before the pickup time to let them know that I'd like cream and not the vanilla shots. This has never been an issue until I've ordered at this location. I called the store and the employee that answered was rude and annoyed, but she AGREED to do the cream instead of vanilla. I got the order and it was vanilla. :/. It would be one thing entirely if she informed me that she was unable to do that, but that wasn't the case. She agreed to do that and then did not. It's very disappointing because I find Dunkin's vanilla shots very disgusting (at least with the hot chocolate). I didn't drink it right away because it was burning hot, and so I was halfway home when I took a sip and realized. I ended up just throwing it out. On the plus side, the employee I interacted with while picking up the order was very nice and friendly. (Also, the Dunkin was not busy in the slightest, so they weren't just busy and overwhelmed.)

The workers are lost, don’t even remember what you ordered. The waits are so long there will be double lines of cars wrapped around the location. Go to another Dunkin. Not this one.
