  We had a late lunch, and our server was amazing very attentive and kind throughout the entire meal. I ordered the lunch trio with shrimp scampi, Italian salad, and chicken soup, along with a strawberry lemonade. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly high quality. The lunch special was $11.99, which is a very affordable price for the quality and portion size. In my opinion, it’s one of the best lunch specials you can find at a franchise restaurant. They also had a wine sale table set up at the entrance, with all the bottles priced at $15. I didn’t know they offered that, and it’s such a convenient and great deal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return

  Lindsey was a great server. In general, the timing of her back staff was awful. Not sure how it is set up but we waited almost an hour for a water refill after asking 3x. Bread took 20 minutes. Lindsey was sincerely shocked by delays. Other than that, the food was great.

  My family and I, 16 in total, went to Carrabas after my grandson's baptism. From Wynette to our wonderful server Lauren, we were treated first class, start to finish. It's always complicated with larger parties, but never have have a server like Lauren! Pleasant, accommodating and fun! All orders came out hot , delicious and correct. Kudos to kitchen and runners! We love Carrabas in general but this restaurant is exceptional and ended our blessed day beautifully!

  Carrabba’s was an absolute pleasure for Valentine’s Day with my wife. From start to finish, it was a great experience with excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. The food tasted amazing, the Firewood Whiskey and sangria were perfectly made, and the prime rib was cooked just right. A fantastic spot for a date night or special occasion. We’ll definitely be back

The service we received from our server, Grace R., was one of the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. As soon as we sat down, she dropped a glass from the table and the broken pieces ended up cutting my ankle, which was very concerning. Then she took away the bread basket claiming she would replace it, but she never brought it back. To make matters worse, she took our order incorrectly and our spaghetti was served without the chicken we had requested. In addition, she brought my husband his beer without a glass to pour it into, which shows a clear lack of attention to detail. To top it all off, without even asking if we wanted dessert or coffee, she brought us the check, making us feel rushed and as if we were being pushed out. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. I believe they should be more careful when selecting their staff and properly train them to provide customer-focused service. Unfortunately, because of this experience with Grace R., we will not be returning to this restaurant.
