Since then the customer care team has told me 3 times someone will get to me in less than 3 days and yet here we are 1 month later with no refund and no type of contact from the store WHATSOEVER. Update: the owner called me and when I explained what happened he expected me to know who I spoke to when this situation happened months ago. When I said I didn’t know or have the receipt he asked for he started laughing at me and asked how I expected him to help me. When I said it was crazy to expect me to remember and asked him for his store number and first and last name he hung up on me. Save your time and go somewhere else honestly. All this over a $30-40 cake is insane. He also told me he’s there 7 days a week but I’ve been back to the Dunkin multiple times about this and just placing orders since then but no one ever directed me to him or a manager. Wish I could no star this place tbh. I’m not going back

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
